Heroes must die!

After doing whatever they have to do, they should pass away in peace of mind like the people who have fulfilled their duties…. ” Known as Africa's Che Guevara, former President of Burkina Faso Thomas Sankara is also one of the African heroes who did not/could not live long. He seized power in a military coup in 1983 but was killed in another coup carried out by his brother in arms and friend, Blaise Compaoré, in the fourth year of his rule. Compaoré, who ruled the country until the popular protests forced him to resign , currently lives in Ivory Coast. He was recently sentenced to life imprisonment in absentia for his leading role in Sankara's murder.
